Devson Catalyst Limited is an integrated manufacturer and supplier of catalysts, adsorbents, and ceramic balls used as critical materials in a wide range of industrial processes. The Company operates a manufacturing facility located at Surendranagar, Gujarat.

1991
Formation of Devson Group
The Devson Group was established, marking the beginning of the promoter’s industrial journey.
2004
Incorporation as Devson Insulators
The company was officially incorporated as Devson Insulators Pvt Ltd on September 10, 2004.
2007
Strategic Expansion
Secured the first major orders for Ceramic Balls, marking the company's entry into the industrial catalyst support media sector.
2009
Global Market Entry
Achieved a significant milestone with the first direct export supply to the Middle East, expanding reach to 30+ countries since inception.
2013-14
Specialized Plant Commissioning
Commenced production of Activated Alumina (2 TPD) and commissioned the Molecular Sieves Plant (3 TPD).
2016
Industrial Scaling
Commissioned a Flash Calciner, significantly increasing the Activated Alumina production capacity to 10 TPD.
2017
Corporate Rebranding
To better reflect its core expertise, the company was officially rebranded as Devson Catalyst Pvt Ltd.
2018
Portfolio Diversification
Expanded manufacturing capabilities to include the production and supply of specialized Chloride and Sulphur Guards.
2020
Innovation & R&D Excellence
Established the state-of-the-art R&D Centre and successfully executed the first order for Claus Catalyst.
2023
Increasing Demand
Automation of Activated Alumina Unit, Alumina Granulation Capacity rose from 5 to 10 TPD.
2024
Capacity Doubling
Commissioning of Band Calciner, Overall Production Capacity for the catalyst segment went from 12 to 24 TPD.
2025
Infrastructure Expansion (Facility 2)
Acquired ~3,882 sqm of land. Commissioned an Automated Batching and Extrusion Unit, increasing total extrusion capacity by 120%.
