DEV-NHT-03
Naphtha Hydrotreating
A high-activity CoMo (Cobalt-Molybdenum) catalyst designed for the deep desulphurization and denitrogenation of naphtha feedstocks. It is specifically formulated to prepare high-purity feed for reforming units.
Key Features
- Ultra-Low Sulphur/Nitrogen: Capable of reducing sulphur and nitrogen levels to less than 0.5 ppm, protecting expensive reforming catalysts from poisoning.
- High Stability: Formulated with a specialized alumina carrier that resists coke formation, allowing for long cycle lengths (typically 3–5 years).
- Low Hydrogen Consumption: Optimized to achieve high impurity removal with minimal saturation of aromatics, conserving valuable hydrogen.
- Excellent Mechanical Strength: High crush resistance prevents catalyst attrition during loading and high-pressure operation.
Application Areas
- Naphtha hydrotreating units (NHT) upstream of Continuous Catalytic Reformers (CCR).
